What Impacts The Particle Size of Ball Mill?

Ball Mill are mainly used to grind materials in mineral, cement, refractory, chemical industry, etc. Ball mill has dry and wet ways. When wet Ball Mill works, certain water and other liquid will be added into materials to increase flowability of materials, so the capacity is increased. When dry Ball Mill works, capacity is affected because material flowability is reduced, so absorbing wind device is needed on the outlet of Ball Mill, and then negative pressure is formed in the Ball Mill to increase flowability of material, so the capacity is increased.But do you know what impacts the particle size?
In the impacting process of first bin, we should take the following factors into account to ensure the particle size can reach required granularity:
1, the grinding ball of ball making equipment should be with enough great impact force so that exceed the intensity of materials.
2, enough times of impacting: the size of loading capacity has great relationship to the diameter of grinding ball; under the condition that ball mill machine warehouse has enough impact, we can narrow the diameter of grinding ball thereby increasing the number of grinding ball to increase the impacting times on the materials, which is the best mean to improve grinding efficiency.
3, ball making equipment should have proper stocking ability which ensures the materials can be fully grinded.Ball making equipment is the key machine for re-crushing after materials being crushed, so we should pay much attention on its normal working and take various measures to improve its operation performance so that it can grinding materials more effectively.
